Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.​

by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you – including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us) – without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your withdrawal. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier. You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.

You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is attributable to handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal

  • The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, if their seal was removed after delivery. This applies in particular to food supplements (e.g. Omega-3 capsules in packs with argon protective atmosphere).

  • The right of withdrawal applies only to consumers. Customers acting as businesses or institutions (B2B), including authorities, NGOs, or relief organizations, have no right of withdrawal ​
